I found the article that you posted to be very interesting; especially considering how this new commercialized library that Blatant Berry discusses is simmilar to one I work in right now. He makes some very good comments about how all the changes in libraries are not always good and he is right in stating more people need to be outraged about this. However, I think this brings us back to the L 2.0 debate were new technology didn't mean better service for all.
